City-On-Fire-Background-Sunset

[1]-First of all Open any image with the help of Ctrl+O as I did take following image

[2]-Now make Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then press Ctrl+U & use the following settings

[3]-Now your image should look as shown below

[4]-Now Blende Mode of this layer should be LINEAR LIGHT

[5]-Now again make Duplicate Layer of Original layer with the help of Ctrl+J (this layer should be above all Layers) & then go to
Filter>Artistic>Film Grain

[6]-Now your image should look as shown below

[7]-Now change the Blende Mode of this Layer. Blende Mode should be Overlay
